Located in Pavilion 4, close to the main entrance of ROMEXPO Exhibitions Centre, the Press Centre offers professional services to representatives of mass-media during the whole period of the exhibition events organized by ROMEXPO S.A.



The Centre makes available to the press the following:

� The registration and information office, where mass-media's representatives are registered and accredited;
� Conference hall with 80 seats, equipped with specific audio � video facilities;
� A multifunctional modular area, dedicated to meetings between exhibitors and media, introduction of companies and products, cocktails, a.s.o.;
� Rooms adequately equipped for printing, processing and transmitting of media news.

Services offered by the Press Centre:
� Free accrediting of the mass-media journalists, against a written application of the economic editorial offices;
� Organizing interviews and press conferences for organizers and exhibiting companies;
� Communiqué and daily news on the whole period of the exhibition events;
� Periodicals of CCIRB Press Department, including EXPO NEWS, a daily bilingual publication, containing �the hotest� news about the on-going events and also publireports about exhibiting companies;
� Free access to e-mail and internet;
� Processing of documents: publishing and text printing, photocopying, transmission by fax;
� Free access to the promotional literature of the exhibiting companies;
� Free access to the photos made by ROMEXPO reporters.
